Typically, needleless lip filler results last for around 3-8 months, but this depends on a few factors, including hydration levels for the 2 weeks after your treatment. Most injectable fillers last 6-12 months when used in the lips, though the longevity of traditional dermal fillers differs based on the type of product and several other factors. That being said, the hyaluronic acid filler we use at FACE is similar to Juvederm Kyss, so the life span of the filler is about the same with both needle and needleless filler. One of our favorite things about Hyaluron Pen needleless lip fillers is that the longevity of your filler is cumulative. With a base filler built up over several treatments, you can achieve the gorgeous pout you seek, with results that last longer and longer with each treatment. With any type of filler, your body’s unique rate of metabolism impacts the life of the product. Exposure to high heat in saunas or other settings can impact the longevity of your lip fillers, as can high salt intake and dehydration. For best results, stay well-hydrated before and after treatment. Since hyaluronic acid holds 1,000 times its weight in water, the more water in your system, the more dramatic your filler results will be. Besides staying hydrated with water and electrolytes, eat a healthy diet, including foods rich in vitamin K. Think leafy greens like spinach and kale.
